SHIPPING TIMELINE

Our delivery timeline varies based on location and seasonal order volume.

• Inside Dhaka delivery takes 2–3 days.

• Outside Dhaka delivery takes 3–4 days.

• During campaign periods, delivery may take up to 10 days across Bangladesh.

• Exchange delivery may take 7–10 days.

SHIPPING PROCESS (BANGLADESH)

All domestic orders are delivered through reliable courier partners for fast and safe delivery.

• All deliveries in Bangladesh are made through trusted third-party courier partners.

• Customers will receive an SMS or call before delivery.

• Cash on Delivery (COD) is available where applicable.

• Customers must keep their phone active for smooth delivery.

• Delivery tracking information is shared after dispatch.

• Failed delivery attempts are retried based on courier policy.

• Support team assistance is available for delivery issues.

SHIPPING PROCESS (INTERNATIONAL)

International orders follow global shipping standards and timelines based on destination rules.

• Delivered through DHL/FedEx or similar global couriers.

• Delivery timelines vary by country and take 10–20 working days.

• Delivery charges depend on destination and weight.

• Customs or import taxes must be paid by the customer.

• Tracking ID is provided after dispatch.

• Delays may occur due to customs or flight schedules.

• Incorrect addresses may cause delivery failure or delay.

• International shipments cannot be modified once dispatched.

• Exchange possible only in Bangladesh.

• Parcels cannot be recalled or redirected after shipment.

EXCHANGE ELIGIBILITY

Customers may request an exchange if the product meets our standard exchange conditions.

• Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days.

• Exchange allowed for the wrong item, wrong size, wrong color, or quality issues.

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and unaltered.

• Tags and packaging must be intact.

• Exchange depends on stock availability.

• Each item can be exchanged only once.

EXCHANGE NOT ALLOWED

Certain products are restricted for exchange due to hygiene, usage, or policy rules.

• Discounted, sale, or promotional items.

• Full-priced items during storewide sales.

• Stitched unstitched items.

• M. Luxe Fabric.

• Used, washed, altered, or damaged items.

• Missing tags/labels/packaging.

• Accessories (if applicable)

EXCHANGE VALUE POLICY

Exchanges must be made with items of equal or higher value.

• Exchange allowed with equal or higher value products.

• Additional payment required for higher-value items.

IF STOCK NOT AVAILABLE

If the requested size/design is unavailable, customers must select an alternative product.

• Money refund will not be issued for unavailable sizes/designs.

• Customers must choose another item of equal or higher value.

• Additional payment required for higher-value items.

EXCHANGE PROCESS (BANGLADESH)

Customers may exchange online purchases through online requests or outlet support.

• Exchange available online or at the nearest outlet.

• Depends on stock availability.

• No delivery charge for exchange shipments.

• Exchange delivery takes 7–10 days.

EXCHANGE PROCESS (INTERNATIONAL)

International customers must process exchange within Bangladesh upon product return.

• Exchange only at Maria B Bangladesh outlets.

• Customers staying in Bangladesh may request home-delivery exchange.

• No charges apply if the item is brought by hand.

• Items cannot be exchanged at Maria B outlets abroad.

• Family/friends may bring items to Bangladesh for exchange.

• Courier-sent items from abroad require customer-paid shipping/customs.

• Exchange allowed with equal/higher value items only.

• Alternative product selection required if stock is unavailable.

ORDER CANCELLATION

Orders may be cancelled before shipment under specific conditions.

• Customers may cancel a paid or COD order within 12 hours if not shipped.

• Shipped orders cannot be cancelled.

RETURN POLICY

• Returns are not allowed after delivery.

• Sale, stitched, used, damaged, or M. Luxe items cannot be returned.

• Missing tags/packaging void return eligibility.

REFUND POLICY: ADVANCE / FULL PAYMENT 

Refunds apply only to eligible unshipped or mistaken payment cases.

• Refund applies only to unshipped orders.

• Applies to duplicate/mistaken payments.

• Not applicable for shipped/delivered orders.

• Not applicable when stock unavailable—exchange required.

REFUND TIMELINE: ADVANCE / FULL PAYMENT

Refund timelines depend on payment provider processing.

• SSLCommerz card refunds: 7–10 working days.

• bKash/Nagad refunds: 10–15 working days.

• COD refunds issued through alternative methods—not cash.

NON-REFUNDABLE CHARGES

Certain fees cannot be refunded due to third-party or operational costs.

• Delivery charges are non-refundable.

• International shipping charges are non-refundable.

• Customs or tax fees are non-refundable.

• Return courier costs are non-refundable.
